HELO is entering real-business pilot use. Our first pilot business has been invited and we’re opening a small number of additional controlled-pilot places for UK service businesses.
We’re following real commercial journeys and learning what actually helps owners keep work and money moving. Pilot businesses work directly with the founder.

Who is HELO for?
Small UK owner-operated service businesses where enquiries, quotes, completed work and payments can stall while the owner is busy doing the work.
Can I sign up immediately?
HELO is entering controlled real-business pilot use, not general availability. Request a pilot below and Neil will discuss whether it is a suitable fit.
Is HELO a CRM or accounting package?
HELO is a Revenue Recovery Manager. Customer records, quotes, work and invoices support one connected commercial journey. It does not replace your accountant or make tax decisions for you.
Does HELO act without my approval?
No. Automation prepares. Human approves. Voice and reusable work help capture information; the owner reviews consequential information and customer-facing actions.
What does Today show?
Items that genuinely need attention, with the appropriate next action. The illustrative product shown here includes a quote requiring attention and completed work ready to invoice.
How does pilot onboarding work?
An invitation guides you through creating your private password, verifying your email and continuing HELO business setup. Once ready, you reach Today. Returning owners use normal sign-in.
Can more than one business owner use HELO?
Each authorised business owner can have their own secure HELO access to the same business. Pilot owner access is configured with you during onboarding. Shared logins and general employee/staff accounts are not supported.
How many browsers can I use?
Pilot businesses can register up to three mobile and three desktop browser installations. Registrations count browsers, not physical devices. Old registrations can be revoked when needed.
What about VAT?
Business setup establishes your usual VAT default. The treatment for individual work remains a transaction-level decision. You remain responsible for choosing the appropriate treatment.
Is the money shown a proven result?
No. Screenshots use illustrative customer data entered through the real product workflow. They are not customer testimonials, recovered revenue or evidence of financial returns.
