Your HELO pilot request details
Neil Craig, HELO’s founder, uses the name, business name and email you submit to review your requested pilot, arrange the setup invitation and support you. This is not a marketing-list subscription.
Cloudflare stores the website request. Approved requests use HELO’s existing hosting, Auth0 for secure identity and Brevo for transactional invitation and support emails. Your password is chosen privately during setup, not collected on this form.
We also retain the source/campaign supplied with your request to understand which outreach led to it. Short-lived, pseudonymous request counters help prevent abuse. We do not request customer records, tax details or payment information here.
Requests that do not proceed are retained for up to 90 days for follow-up and safe duplicate handling, then removed. Approved pilot account records follow the account’s retention and security requirements. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your request details at neil@heloprotocol.com. You may also raise data-protection concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
